We help organizations approach the community as experts, facilitating learning from a community perspective. These workshops aim to build understanding, trust, and pathways for communication and collaboration.

  • We organize and facilitate town hall meetings to gather input from the community, understand their needs and concerns, and foster open communication between organizations and communities.

  • Our training programs are designed to prepare organizations to listen, share space, and co-create solutions with communities.

    We offer series of in-person, live online, and on-demand training programs covering a range of topics including community engagement; power sharing; diversity, equity, justice, inclusion (JEDI); and more.

  • We provide tailored support to help small, diverse businesses build capacity to engage with buyers in their industry. This is done by addressing specific challenges faced by small business owners.

    We also help buying institutions develop programs that are supportive and considerate of the needs of small, diverse businesses.

  • We develop systems of accountability that ensure both communities and organizations are held responsible for their commitments and actions. These include formal documents, such as memorandums of understanding, along with more informal frameworks and agreements.

  • We facilitate structured dialogue sessions to help resolve conflicts, build consensus, and develop shared goals between communities and organizations.

    These dialogue sessions are designed around long-term change, often spanning several weeks or months to allow all parties to process difficult conversations and co-create solutions.

  • We provide continuous support and mentorship to both community members and organizational leaders, helping them navigate challenges and sustain their collaborative efforts.
